DRTV does not stop at helping you assemble the products and giving you assistance in obtaining the maximum out of your product. From showing you where to oil your exercise machine, cooking tips and sometimes even a spontaneous weight loss plan, hands on help is available whenever you need it.

After sales service information

All repair, maintenance and service for Quantum products is at the company’s expense within the warranty period. The warranty period may vary from one product to another. Manufacturer’s warranty applies to most of the product range, with a few exceptions.

Since Quantum attaches highest priority to customer satisfaction, a product brought to us for repair may even be replaced with a new unit, depending on the circumstances. Spare parts could be couriered to the customer on request. If you bring your product to our showroom for any repair, maintenance or service related job, remember to bring your bill along as proof of purchase.

Delivery service information

Our nominal delivery fees make it possible for you to have the product of your choice delivered to your doorstep. At Quantum we try our best to deliver within 24 hours of the order being placed, on business days, if the address you provide is within Colombo city limits. Delivery may be possible for addresses outside Colombo too but may take longer, depending on the destination.

Customers who have paid for their product online also have the option of paying the delivery charge in cash, upon receipt of goods.

Thirty Day Money Back guarantee

Quantum Tele-shopping is currently the only company in Sri Lanka that offers a 30-Day Money Back guarantee to customers, with no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can get a full refund of your payment when you return it to our showroom within 30 days of purchase. Online customers who make payment through credit card will have their transactions reversed by the bank, on our instructions. Products are for personal use only. Our 30 day money back guarantee and manufacturer warranty do not apply for commercially utilized Quantum products.

If you wish to replace your purchase with another unit, we will be happy to do this. Or else you may exchange the item for some other product in our showroom and pay the difference or, in the event the new item costs less, get a refund for the price difference.

If you wish to avail yourself of the 30-Day Money Back option, make sure to bring your bill along as proof of purchase, and all components of the product, including user manuals.
