Quantum Fitness joined MAS Holdings wellness day organized by AIA insurance took place on 23rd August 2018 at 231 D.M. Colombage Mawatha, Nawala, Nugegoda. The program is designed to establish a culture of health and wellness in the workplace and among employees, regardless of the type of work environment. Quantum Fitness issued a comprehensive report of body composition analysis to MAS Holdings employees.
Wellness programs demonstrate to employees that their health is important and that their employers know and care about this aspect. Statistics demonstrate that employees who exercise regularly and lead healthy lifestyles incur lower health care costs than employees who live sedentary, unhealthy lifestyles.
